HIV is a disease, it can change your bodyfat. These changes are called lipodystrophy. This is a condition that makes you gain weight in sertain places like abdomen,neck,breasts (both men and women),face. You can also lose weight on your face,arms,legs.buttocks.

HIV is a disease that affect the immune system and attaches to these CD4 cells. The virus infects the cells and uses them to multiply. The virus then destroys the cells that help fight off infections and you become very ill.

HIV spreads by an infected person's body fluids,comes in contact to your blood or inside body. If you have unprotected sex with someone who has the virus and there body fluids such as semen or vaginal fluids get in your body in anway you are very likely to get the disease. You can  also be born with the virus. And if you put any fluids such as drugs or a vaccine put in your blood and a person with the virus used it you will get it.
